Christmas Celebrations with Kilmarnock Concert Brass
The members of Kilmarnock Concert Brass Band are busy rehearsing for a very full and varied schedule of events during this years Christmas season.
On Sunday 9th December they will be taking part in the Salvation Army Community Carol Service which will be held in the Salvation Army Hall, Sturrock Street, Kilmarnock at 3:00pm.
On Friday 14th December they will be playing in St Nicholas Parish Church, Prestwick, at 7:30pm. This concert has been organised by The Rotary Club of Prestwick.
On Wednesday 19th December the band will be holding their own annual Christmas Concert in the Grand Hall, Kilmarnock, at 7:30pm. Special guests will once again be the Aeolian Male Voice Choir, Conductor Alex Fergusan, and Bobby Irvine(Tenor). As always there will be festive music to suit all tastes and the opportunity to sing some favourite Christmas carols. Tickets, priced £7, are available from all band members. On Friday 21st December at 7:30pm they will be paying their annual visit to Hansel Village, a real highlight of the Christmas programme, where everyone has a great time an the true meaning of Christmas is evident
Finally, at 7:30pm on Christmas Eve the band will be playing Christmas carols at Crosshouse Hospital.
